The meeting pointed out that the "Procedure for Deepening the Reform of the Government Procurement System" systematically expounds the guiding ideology, basic principles and reform tasks of deepening the reform of the government procurement system, and is a program of action and scientific guide for deepening the reform of the government procurement system in the new period. In the future, fiscal departments, procurement units and centralized procurement agencies at all levels must consolidate the consensus on reform and accurately grasp the new tasks and requirements of the Reform Plan. The meeting emphasized that deepening the reform of the government procurement system is a complex and systematic project involving a wide range of issues, high attention, and strong policy. It is necessary to establish and improve the implementation mechanism of reform tasks, and do a good job of advancing key reform tasks. Actively promote the revision of laws and regulations related to government procurement, steadily launch competition pilots for centralized procurement agencies, coordinate the advancement of government procurement informationization, and effectively advance the reform of government procurement administrative rulings.

Relevant personnel from various provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, cities with separate plans, the Finance Department (Bureau) of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, the central budget units, and centralized procurement agencies attended the meeting.
