China is the largest developing country in the world, the second largest economy in the world, and the scale of government procurement is huge. China's entry into the World Trade Organization's "Government Procurement Agreement" will greatly improve international trade and provide participants with a broader market To inject momentum and vitality into the world economy that is recovering and make new contributions to the prosperity and development of the world economy. Chinese enterprises and products can also receive national treatment in the government procurement market of the participants. .

The Chinese government attaches great importance to the negotiation work. The State Council has set up a leading group for the negotiation of the Government Procurement Agreement. Member units are composed of 24 departments, including the Ministry of Finance, the Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Commerce, to strengthen the leadership and coordination of the negotiations. Since the start of negotiations, China has continuously improved its bids and expanded its commitment to openness. Of course, joining the Government Procurement Agreement is a multilateral negotiation. To follow the principle of reciprocity and reciprocity, China can only join if it has reached consensus with all participants. Therefore, in order to complete the negotiations, it is also necessary for all parties involved to deal with the negotiations pragmatically.

In the next step, in order to address the internship of President Jinping, the focus is on accelerating the process of joining. The Ministry of Finance will further improve the bid, submit it to the World Trade Organization as soon as possible, and continue to actively negotiate with the participants to reach a mutually beneficial and win-win outcome.
